(a, c, d)

 2x 2 + 2x + a + 3 > 0

∴ D < 0

⇒ a > ……(i)

Also 7 – a > 0

⇒ a < 7 ……(ii)

& 7 – a ≠ ≠ 1

a ≠ 6 ……(iii)

from (i) (ii) & (iii) a ∈ ∪ ∪ (6, 7)
